SDK Technical Description
Please read and understand this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") carefully before using the products or services of the platform, especially the terms marked in bold, which you should read carefully. It should be noted that this Policy does not apply to services provided to you by other third parties, nor does it apply to products or services that have independently set up personal information protection policies.
1. How do we collect and use your personal information?
In order to bring you a better product and service experience, we are continuously working to improve our technology. As a result, we may launch new or optimized features from time to time, which may require the collection and use of new personal information or change the purpose or method of using personal information. In this regard, we will explain to you the purpose, scope and use of the corresponding information separately through methods including but not limited to updating this policy, page prompts, and pop-up boxes, and provide you with a way to choose consent on your own, and collect and use it after obtaining your explicit consent. 1.1 Registration and Login
When you register for the Platform and related services, we will collect your mobile phone number and intended password for creating a Platform account. If you choose to log in directly through a third-party account, we will obtain your third-party account information (including but not limited to nickname, avatar, gender) from the third party according to your authorization, and bind it to your Platform account, so that you can log in directly through the third-party account and use our products and/or services. We will use your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. During the registration and use of the service, if you provide the following additional information to complete your personal information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: including: gender, date of birth, city, signature, attributes, your real avatar. Your real avatar is your personal sensitive information, please provide it with caution. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the basic functions of using the Platform products or services. The above information you provide will continue to be authorized for us to use during your use of this service. When you actively cancel your account, we will make it anonymous or delete your personal information as soon as possible in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
1.2 Identity Authentication
When you use identity authentication functions or related services, you may need to provide your real identity information (real name, ID number) to complete real-name verification in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. ID number is personal sensitive information, you can refuse to provide it. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to obtain related services, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
1.3 Video authentication
When you use the video authentication function, you need to provide a video containing facial feature information to complete the video authentication. We will ask you to authorize camera, microphone. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
1.4 Publish updates
When you post voice or picture content, we will collect the information you post and display your nickname, avatar, content and information. We will ask you to authorize photo album, microphone, location (for obtaining the city). If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
Special note: The information you publicly release may involve your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. When you choose to upload pictures or voices containing personal information when posting updates, please consider it more carefully. We recommend that you do not upload personal information such as photos of minors in your family or other minors. If you upload, it is deemed that you agree that we will collect the minors' personal information uploaded by you.
1.5 Publish articles
1. When you publish an article, we will collect the cover image and content information of the article you publish, and display your nickname, avatar, published content and information. We will ask you to authorize the album. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
1.6 Update your profile picture
When you use the upload avatar function, we will ask you to authorize album, camera. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
Special note: The avatar will involve your personal sensitive information (facial features information). Please consider it more carefully when uploading.
1.7 Update photo album
When you use the upload album function, we will ask you to authorize album, camera. If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
Special note: Album pictures may involve your or others' personal information or even personal sensitive information (facial feature information). Please consider more carefully when uploading.
1.8 Chat
When you use the chat service, we do not require you to provide any information. If you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: Camera permissions (picture information), storage permissions (picture information), album permissions (picture information), microphone permissions (voice information). If you refuse to provide authorization, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions.
Special note: The information you chat may involve your personal information or even personal sensitive information. Please consider it more carefully when using the chat function.
1.9 Sharing
When you use the sharing function, you can choose to share public information on the platform (such as user ID, nickname, avatar). Since sharing relies on third-party SDK implementation, we need to collect your basic device information, operating system information, network information, and sharing content information and share it to the third-party SDK. This information is necessary for using the SDK sharing function and will only be processed when you click the share button to operate. If you do not collect and use this information, you will not be able to use the sharing function outside the platform.
1.10 To provide security functions
In order to provide you with safer and more reliable products and usage environment, and provide high-quality and reliable services and information, we will collect information about the products or services you use and how you use them and associate this information. This information includes:
1.10.1 Device information:
When you use the platform, in order to provide you with better services, identify abnormal account status, maintain the normal operation of the platform, and protect the security of your account, we will receive and record the device-related information you use (including device model, hardware serial number, operating system version, setting parameters, device configuration, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMSI), unique device identifier (IMEI, OAID, AndroidID), network device hardware address (MAC address), device network information, device environment software and hardware feature information), WLAN access point, Bluetooth, base station, network access method, type and status, network quality data) according to the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use. Information related to the location of the device (IP address), because the services we provide are mobile social services provided in the city where the user is located, your confirmation of successful registration of the "Platform" account is deemed to confirm your authorization for us to extract, disclose and use your IP address information.
At the same time, after you switch to background operation, in order to ensure that our messages can be delivered in time, we will start the push service. This service may obtain your device MAC address or IMEI information and use it as a unique device identifier for push services.
1.10.2 Log information:
When you use the products or services provided by our website or client, we will automatically collect the details of your use of our products or services and save them as relevant network logs. This includes your browsing, clicks to view, information you follow, information you post, as well as IP address, browser type, operator information, language used, access date and time, and records of web pages you visit. Please note that separate device information and log information cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person, so separate device information and log information are not "personal information" as referred to in this policy. If we combine this type of information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the period of combined use, this type of information will be regarded as personal information, and we will anonymize and de-identify this type of personal information unless you authorize us or otherwise required by laws and regulations.
1.10.3 When you contact us, we may save your communication/call records and content or the contact information you left in order to contact you or help you solve the problem. We may also record the solution and results of the relevant problem.
1.10.4 In order to improve the security of your use of the services provided by us, our affiliates and partners, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from infringement, better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or platform-related agreement rules, we may use or integrate your user information, transaction information, device information, relevant network logs, and information that our affiliates and partners obtain your authorization or share in accordance with the law, and then comprehensively judge the transaction risks of your account, conduct identity authentication, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law.
1.10.5 Please understand that as our business develops, the functions and services provided by the "Platform" may be adjusted. In principle, when new functions or services are related to the functions or services we currently provide, the personal information collected and used will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we will inform you again and obtain your consent when we collect and use your personal information.
1.11 Other uses
1.11.1 If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained legal authorization before providing such personal information to the platform.
1.11.2 If we use information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, or if we proactively obtain your personal information from a third party, we will obtain your prior consent.
1.11.3 If we obtain your information indirectly from a third party, we will clearly require the third party in writing to collect it after obtaining your consent in accordance with the law before collecting it, and inform you of the shared information content. In addition, sensitive information must be confirmed by you before it is provided to us for use. We require the third party to make a commitment to the legality and compliance of the source of personal information. If the third party violates the law, we will clearly require the other party to bear the corresponding legal responsibility. 1.11.4 We may use the information collected through certain functions for our other services. Including: We use the information collected when you use one of our functions or services for another function or service that may be provided to you, including providing security tips through your IP address and the selected city matching situation. If we use your personal information beyond the purpose stated at the time of collection and the scope of direct or reasonable connection, we will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent before using your personal information.
1.11.5 You acknowledge and agree that we may send multiple types of notifications to one or more of your contact information (e.g., phone number) provided during the use of our products and/or services for purposes such as user message notification and security verification. However, please rest assured that the frequency and duration of our information transmission will comply with legal provisions. 1.11.6 Platform APP device permission call instructions:
Network access permissions:The application must be used when there is a network connection.
Album permissions: When you use avatar settings, album settings, send dynamics, create new topic covers, and publish articles, you can enable album permissions to upload pictures from your device. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use functions related to uploading pictures or videos, but it will not affect your use of other services.
Camera permissions: When you use the avatar settings, album settings, send photos, and shoot authentication video services, you can enable camera permissions to take real-time photos, upload photos for sharing, or set avatars. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use functions related to photo or video shooting, but it will not affect your use of other services.
Location Permission: When you use the service of obtaining the current city in the posting status, you can enable location permission to view or obtain the service of the current city. If you do not enable this permission, your status will not show the current city you are in, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of the status and other services.
Microphone Permission: When you use voice services, you can enable microphone permission and click the voice recording or sending button to record or send voice, so that we can collect your voice content and perform necessary processing. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use voice input related functions, but it will not affect your use of other services.
Installed application list permission: When you use the sharing service, we need to read the installed application list from your terminal to determine whether the third-party application has been installed on the local computer.
Background running permission: When you use the music playback service, we need you to grant background running permission for background music playback.
Floating window permission: When you use the music playback service, we need you to grant floating window permission for music floating playback.
System Clipboard Permission: When you use the copy function, you need to provide system clipboard permission to copy relevant information to the clipboard. If you do not enable this permission, you will not be able to use the copy function, but it will not affect your use of other services.
Message notification permission: When the app is running in the background or offline, you need to provide message notification permission to receive offline messages and background messages.
You understand and agree that the above services may require you to enable your location, camera, photo album, microphone and other permissions in your device to enable the collection and use of information related to these permissions. You can view the status of the above permissions in the "Settings-Private Party" of your device, and you can decide to turn these permissions on or off at any time. In order to facilitate you to change the scope of authorization and consent, we provide you with a way to jump to the device operating system in the application: [My]-[Settings]-[About Us]-[Permission Management], you can jump to your device system to switch the relevant permissions. Please note that when you turn on any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you turn off any permission, it means that you cancel the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will not be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the permission. However, your decision to turn off the permission will not affect the collection and use of information previously based on your authorization.
You understand and agree that the functions and service scenarios we provide to you are constantly upgrading. If we do not explicitly state the personal information you need to collect in the above scenarios, we will separately inform you of the content, scope and purpose of information collection through page prompts, interactive design, etc. and obtain your consent.
1.12 Exceptions to obtaining authorization and consent
You fully understand and agree that we do not need your authorization to collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances, and we may not agree to your request to correct/modify, delete, cancel, withdraw consent, or request information:
1.12.1 Related to national security and national defense security;
1.12.2 Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
1.12.3 Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgment;
1.12.4 For the purpose of protecting the life, property and other major legitimate rights and interests of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
1.12.5 The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by you on your own initiative;
1.12.6 Collecting personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
1.12.7 Necessary for entering into a contract at your request;
1.12.8 Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
1.12.9 Necessary for legitimate news reporting;
1.12.10 When academic research institutions conduct statistical or academic research based on public interests and provide the results of academic research or descriptions to the public, the personal information contained in the results shall be de-identified.
1.12.11 Other circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations.
Please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, or we may conduct de-identified research, statistical analysis and prediction on the collected information to improve the content and layout of the platform, provide product or service support for business decisions, and improve our products and services (including using anonymous data for machine learning or model algorithm training), then the use of such processed data does not require additional notification to you and your consent.
If we cease operating platform products or services, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold.
2 How do we entrust the processing, sharing, transfer and public disclosure of your personal information?
2.1 Entrusted processing
Certain specific modules or functions of the platform are provided by external suppliers. For details, please refer to the SDK Technical Description in Article 10 of this Policy. For companies, organizations or individuals we entrust to process personal information, we will require them to process your personal information in accordance with our requirements, personal information protection policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
2.2 Sharing
We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, or individuals other than platform service providers, except in the following circumstances:
2.2.1 Sharing with explicit consent: We will share your personal information with other parties after obtaining your explicit consent.
2.2.2 Sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your personal information with external parties in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, the needs of litigation dispute resolution, or the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
2.2.3 Sharing within the company: Your personal information may be shared within the company to facilitate the company to jointly provide you with services, individual account anomalies, and protect the personal and property safety of the company or other users and the public from infringement. We will only share necessary personal information, including: to facilitate your use of the platform account or the company's products and services, we will share your necessary account information within the company. Such information will be subject to the purposes stated in this privacy policy. If we share your personal sensitive information or the affiliated company changes the purpose of use and processing of personal information, we will ask for your authorization and consent again.
2.2.4 Sharing with authorized partners: We may entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf. We will only share your information for the legitimate, lawful, necessary, specific and clear purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Authorized partners can only access the information required to perform their duties and may not use this information for any other purpose.

2.3 Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following circumstances:
2.3.1 Transfer with explicit consent: We will transfer your personal information to other parties with your explicit consent;
2.3.2 In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation or other merger, acquisition, bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information is transferred, we will require the new company or organization that holds your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy. Otherwise, we will require the company, organization or individual to re-solicit your authorization and consent.
2.4 Public Disclosure

2.5.1 Related to national security and national defense security;
2.5.2 Related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

2.5.4 For the purpose of protecting your or other individuals’ life, property and other major legal rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain their consent;
2.5.5 Personal information that you disclose to the public on your own initiative;
2.5.6 Personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.
According to the law, if we take technical measures and other necessary measures to process personal information so that the data recipient cannot re-identify a specific individual and cannot restore it, the sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of such processed data does not require additional notification to you and your consent.
3 How we protect your personal information
3.1 We have used security measures that meet industry standards to protect the personal information you provide to prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage or loss of your data. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information.
3.1.1 We will use encryption technology, anonymization processing and other reasonable and feasible means that are no less advanced than those of our peers in the industry to protect your personal information, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent your personal information from being maliciously attacked.
3.1.2 We will establish a dedicated security department, security management system, and data security process to protect the security of your personal information. We adopt a strict data use and access system to ensure that only authorized personnel can access your personal information.
3.1.3 Although the above reasonable and effective measures have been taken and the standards required by relevant laws and regulations have been complied with, please understand that due to technical limitations and various possible malicious means, in the Internet industry, even if we do our best to strengthen security measures, it is impossible to always guarantee 100% security of information. We will do our best to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us.
3.1.4 You are aware and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may have problems due to factors beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take active measures to protect the security of your personal information, including using complex passwords, changing passwords regularly, and not disclosing your account password and related personal information to others.
3.1.5 We will formulate emergency response plans and immediately activate them when user information security incidents occur, and strive to prevent the impact and consequences of these security incidents from expanding. Once a user information security incident (leakage, loss) occurs, we will promptly inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the incident by push notification, email, letter, SMS and related forms. When it is difficult to inform you one by one, we will take reasonable and effective means to issue an announcement. At the same time, we will also report the handling of the user information security incident in accordance with the requirements of the relevant regulatory authorities.
3.2 Our data security capabilities
3.2.1 Content security: We purchase third-party services, including Alibaba Cloud, Shumei, and Qiniu, to improve our content security storage and protection capabilities;
3.2.2 Data security: We use Alibaba Cloud services. In addition to the basic data security services provided by Alibaba Cloud, we also purchase Cloud Security Center, Security Group, Security Manager, Situation Awareness, Alibaba Cloud Shield, Vulnerability Scanner, and other security services to ensure the security of users' personal information.
3.2.3 Access security: All requests are transmitted using HTTPS, and an authorized access mechanism is added to the business to ensure the security and stability of access.
3.3 We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected. We will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, unless the retention period needs to be extended or is permitted by law.
3.4 The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of the information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of information, which in turn damages your legitimate rights and interests, we will bear the corresponding legal liability.
3.5 If you find that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please contact the platform customer service immediately so that we can take appropriate measures based on your application.
4. Your rights
In accordance with relevant Chinese laws, regulations, and standards, we guarantee that you can exercise the following rights over your personal information:
4.1 Access to your personal information
You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions provided by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise your right to access data, you can access it yourself in the following ways:
Account Information: If you wish to access or edit the mobile phone binding, security information, etc. in your account, you can perform such operations in "My" - "Settings" after logging into your account.
Personal information: If you wish to access or edit your profile picture, nickname, date of birth, city, attributes, signature, or photo album, you can log in to your account and go to "My Profile" - "Click on Profile" - "Edit Profile" to perform such operations.
Dynamic Information: You can access or clear your dynamic posting history through "My Postings" after logging into your account.
If you are unable to access such personal information through the above path, you can contact us at any time through the platform customer service. We will review the issue as soon as possible and respond to your access request within 15 working days after a dedicated person verifies your user identity.
4.2 Correction of your personal information
If you find that the personal information we process about you is wrong, you have the right to ask us to make corrections. You can make a correction request through the methods listed in "(4.1) Access to your personal information" of this article.
If you are unable to access such personal information through the above path, you can contact us at any time through the platform customer service. We will review the issue as soon as possible and respond to your access request within 15 working days after a dedicated person verifies your user identity.
4.3 Deleting your personal information
You can delete some of your personal information through the methods listed in "(I) Accessing Your Personal Information" of this article. You can make a request to us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:
4.3.1 If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
4.3.2 If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
4.3.3 If our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;
4.3.4 If you no longer use our products or services, or you actively cancel your account;
4.3.5 If we no longer provide products or services to you.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities obtain your independent authorization.
When you delete your personal information from our products or services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system in accordance with laws and regulations, but we will delete the information when the backup is updated.
4.4 Change the scope of your authorization
4.4.1 You can turn off the location, camera, microphone, and album permissions in the device's own operating system, change the scope of consent, or withdraw your authorization. After withdrawing authorization, we will no longer collect information related to these permissions. You can also withdraw authorization by logging out of your account. At the same time, to facilitate you to change the scope of authorization consent, we provide you with a way to jump to the device operating system in the app: [My] - [Settings] - [About Us] - [Permission Management], which can jump to your device system to switch the relevant permissions.
4.4.2 Specific business functions and services will require your information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide you with the functions and services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent or authorization will not affect our previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.
4.5 Personal Information Subject Cancelling Account
You can cancel your account in [My] - [Settings] - [Account and Security] - [Deregister Account]. Before you cancel your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, and device information. For the cancellation process and content, please refer to the instructions on the cancellation page. You know and understand that canceling your account is irreversible. After you cancel your account, we will delete your relevant information or anonymize it, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
4.6 Complaints and Reports
